Girls Ice Hockey- 2x Player of the Year

Peyton Yeager is a sophomore on the Girls Ice Hockey team who has been honored as the Player of the Year two years in a row.

Yeager said winning the award felt really good and she credited her team and coaches in helping her win the award.

I had the opportunity to interview her on how she felt being given this award and she said “it feels really good, but I’m really glad that my team and my coaches have been able to help me achieve this opportunity.”

Yeager has dedicated her time and energy to this sport since she was three years old and said that so much practice has gone on behind the scenes to help her reach this point.
