In April, all of SJC's musicians, as well as members of the Cadet Corps' Color Guard, went to New Orleans to participate in the Worldstrides National Heritage Performing Arts Festival.

Wind Ensemble won 3rd place in band, Comp Jazz won first in jazz, and AVS won first place in choral.
