The Sabre interviewed students who participate in sports or clubs that they do outside of Saint John’s. These sports include surfing, fishing, club softball and the National Children’s Chorus of America. They let The Sabre know how long they’ve been doing it, why they do it and where they go to participate.
The cadets faced Cornerstone Christian from San Antonio Texas in a high scoring showdown. The game started off slow but after Cornerstone scored, St. John’s replied and ended the first half on top. The second half was a shootout but after multiple defensive stops and an interception, St. John’
On Thursday, St. John’s Girls soccer faced Jackson-Reed on senior night. after a slow first half ending 0-0, the Cadets picked it up and ended up winning 8-0. After a great game celebrating the seniors, they start to prepare for WCAC playoffs.
The volleyball team celebrated seniors Sasha Plummer, Gabby Deutz, Layla Tamiz and Ava Gill with a win over Banneker.
