Stella Shea' 23 commits to Harvard's Admissions process

With the St. John’s sports seasons in full swing, student-athletes are now committing to and signing with colleges. Stella Shea ’23 recently verbally committed to Harvard’s admission.

Shea has expressed her excitement on verbally being committed to the admissions process at Harvard. However, Harvard was not the only offer that Shea received, but decided to commit there.  She said Harvard University stood out to her due to its amazing reputation, great academics, and a growing Women’s Lacrosse program.

Shea was asked what she looks forward to for the next four years of her college experience, and said, “I am most looking forward to being a part of the incredible tradition of the school, contributing to the success of the lacrosse program and being in a fantastic city,” Shea said.

Shea is an excellent example of how, by working hard and being motivated, one can achieve their dreams. The SJC community is incredibly proud, and admire Shea for her achievements and wish her the best for her bright future at Harvard.
